This policy is in place to guarantee the premiere ALStyling experience. Scheduling an appointment is confirmation that you have read and accept the terms and guidelines of this policy.
Cancellations can be made to any appointment up to 24 hours before your set appointment time. Failing to cancel within 24 hours of your allotted slot will result in a cancellation fee totaling 50% of your appointed services.
A 15 minute grace period is granted to each client. Failure to show up within this 15 minute window may result in loss of your appointment slot. All clients will be accommodated to Ashley Lee's best efforts. If you are unable to be accommodated, there will be a late fee applied with your rescheduled appointment. Failure to show up after the 15 minute grace period will result in a "no show" fee equalling 100% of your service charges.
If you schedule an appointment and fail to cancel prior to 24 hours, not showing up to your appointment without any notice or rescheduling will result in a fee equal to 100% of your service charge.
All fees that are accumulated will be charged to the credit card on file that is used to schedule your appointment. There will be no accepting and no refunds.
Please schedule online using contact information that is frequently used/ checked.
Please remove any excess product from protective styling prior to your appointment. Any efforts outside of the service booked will incur additional fees.
Please stay away from heavy product close to your appointment date. Excessively oily, soiled or tangled hair will incur an additional fee.

All color services require a color consultation first. Please book an online consultation or schedule online to visit the salon in person.
